The £790,000 development at Homs Road comprised nine terraced dwellings across three plots. The two / three storey timber framed houses were built to the Code of Sustainable Homes Level 3.
The outpatients department at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital is a £6m two storey extension at the rear of the site. The extension primarily contains consultation and treatment rooms.
