The Keyes Building, King’s School

The £7m, 4 storey Keyes Building for King’s School, Worcester was completed in 2015. The Building contains a multi-use sports hall, exercise and weights room, classrooms, dance and drama studios, sixth form centre, 12m indoor climbing wall and a basement car park.

The structure of the building consisted of a steel frame, timber roof, precast concrete floors all built off a reinforced concrete framed basement with a contiguous piled perimeter retaining wall.
