Bells Farm

Bells Farm is a Grade II listed building, a timber-framed building that has had relatively little alteration since the 16th and 17th Century. It also has a history of occupation on the site for the last three centuries. The main farm house was restored in 1988 and in the same year gained the Sunday Times ‚ÄúCountry House of the Year Award.”

Shire were appointed by the Local Authority to carry out a visual structural inspection following a report of diagonal cracking to a wall panel and visible progressive signs of movement between the timber frame and in-fill panels.
